EZ Gig Bookkeeping — Digital Product Refund Policy

Our workbooks are digital products. Once the workbook access link has been delivered, sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Before purchasing, please review the product description and software requirements. Our workbooks are designed for Google Sheets and require a Google account.

If your purchase does not arrive, your access link does not work, or you encounter a problem with the supplied workbook, contact ezgigbooks@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help restore access or investigate the problem and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund where warranted.

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us so we can review the duplicate order.
